"Pretty much as terrible as locking the car keys in my vehicle, I had literally locked them in the boot. It was certainly daft. I was packing the shopping in the boot and pushed it shut whilst not realising I had put the keys down within. Fortunately we opened the boot and managed to recover the keys.

A client in Little Carleton called us with a dreadful case - she had stepped outside the house to get an item and the front door had locked behind her. Yet, what made this a chilling situation was she announced "Please help me! I do not have my keys and my baby is still inside." Needless to say we flew over there and fortunately the traffic was light. We managed to turn up in a few minutes and had the door unlocked quickly. What we did learn soon after is that she labelled her little puppy "my baby".
